Return policy

We accept cancellations before delivery or production. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. If the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Return of goods (if applicable)

We accept return of products. The customer has the right to return the product 14 times after receiving it.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same state as it was received. It must also be in the original package. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our transfer station.

If you are approved, your information will be processed (if applicable) upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. Refund and automatically apply the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

If you have not received the refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time to officially launch the restart. Then, please contact your bank. Changes usually take some processing time. If you have completed all of these operations and have not received a refund, please contact us at support@autumnnight.net.
